The tool kit DRPPM (acronym for DNA, RNA, proteome, phosphoproteome, and metabolome/metagenomics) is an accumulation of code/pipeline developed to streamline my analysis. At first glance, the code might appear hackish, but it’s organized so a pipeline can be quickly developed with limited recoding and works are to be done to make the steps in the pipeline to be more apparent in the future.
