Computational Biology Insider

I decided to start a blog dedicated to discussing the most recent news within the field of computational biology. The blog will primarily focus on QC for high throughput data analysis and approaches for integrating data.

The tool kit DRPPM (acronym for DNA, RNA, proteome, phosphoproteome, and metabolome/metagenomics) is an accumulation of code/pipeline developed to streamline my analysis. At first glance, the code might appear hackish, but it’s organized so a pipeline can be quickly developed with limited recoding and works are to be done to make the steps in the pipeline to be more apparent in the future.
